Week17 4HB slow carb numbers

Today's 4HB Free Day meals were:
  • One serving of low carb ice cream with Spanish peanuts and non-low-carb mixins (2 crumbled Oreo cookies, 2 marshmallows)
  • 2 Oreo cookies
  • Lunch at O-Charley's (to come)
  • one serving of low carb cinnamon walnut bread. I attempted this again without the glaze. (results to come)
  • Low carb ice cream (CarbSmart) with low-carb mix-ins of strawberries and Spanish peanuts
I'm hoping for another good week and maybe, maybe, maybe I'll be in the 100's again. All in good time, right?

The low-carb cinnamon walnut bread turned out better this time.
The dough was too sticky to braid rather than too dry.
