anti-Saturday

Monday again. Monday is the anti-Saturday. Blah.

The "video" (audio) above is from last Friday afternoon at work. Major construction is underway within spitting distance of 3 sides of our building. We are hedged in and inundated with a variety of loud noises and localized "earth quakes" as holes are being dug and infastructure is being developed all around. I'm sure the area will be beautiful once finished. Currently it is advisable to not text while walking (or risk falling into a hole where sidewalk used to be).

Today's meals total 93 protein (60-90 grams per day is ideal for me) and 18 carbs


sirloin and ground sausage (24 protein)

diced peppadew and habanero peppers (2 carbs)

  2. It was a week of no results again but I'm handling those types of weeks better as time goes on. As long as I don't get more than 2 "no loss" weeks in a row because I'm not that patient.
