Week 26 begins

I've kept this commitment for 25 weeks so far and have lost 26 pounds.

Today's meals total 53 protein (60-90 grams per day is ideal for me) and 8 carbs
 
 

Quest bar (20 protein and 4 carbs)

bacon (25 protein)

broccoli (8 carbs)

  1. Holy cow girl! 26lbs so far?! unbelievable! So good :-) a pound a week is pretty dang great. Are you gonna continue with this plan until you're at goal?

  2. Thanks Chai. I don't see an end date to this plan yet. If I do drop it sometime in the future I will continue doing low-carb. Low-carb seems to be my BFF. :)

  3. No kidding! It clearly works for you! Which is SO great! I enjoyed being on Low-Carb as well, I wish my body responded to it
