Monday holiday

I'm reading Stephen King's "The Long Walk". Oldy but goody as they say.

Today's meals total 80 protein (60-90 grams per day is ideal for me) and 2 carbs

Sausage [20 protein]

Coconut Quest bar [20 protein][2 carbs]

Bacon [20 protein]

Chicken and broccoli [20 protein][2 carbs]
