1oz Ground beef, 1/8 diced Hebrew Natural beef frank, 1 tbsp red beans

  2. Hey that looks like a pretty tasty menu and like mine! How's it working for you? I was warned this morning by a fellow VSG-er to not go too low on my calories or else I'd stop losing weight. Not sure what I think about that comment, but I am going to see about getting in to the nutritionist to see what she thinks about my menus.

  3. Jack - the day after the day in the middle of the week is happier.

    Angie - maybe the early spring we are having is the reason I bought hotdogs. Grilling them would have been nice!

    SheZug - I've heard that before too and think it's probably true. I forget that sometimes because it makes sense to me that eating less should mean weight loss. If only it were that easy! I'm curious to know what your nutritionist says about your menus too. I think you are doing great!
