I stirred in an egg, cinnamon, dash of salt and vanilla to my two scoops of protein power rather than making a shake this morning. It turned out okay - a bit more flat and crispy than a pancake but the flavor wasn't bad. I topped it with a tiny bit (probably a tablespoon) of sugar free maple syrup and a teaspoon of sugar free blackberry jam.

Protein pancake (6 carbs)(25 protein)
Protein shake (2 carbs)(25 protein)
bacon (20 protein)
