Monday a'gin

I baked meatballs this morning and will likely incorporate them into meals for a couple of days.

2 lb lean ground chuck
1 cup Carbquik
8oz sharp cheddar
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 clove minced garlic
cayenne pepper
red pepper flakes
paprika
black pepper
sea salt

Meals today: TOTAL: 60 protein, 18 carbs
10am meal - 6 meatballs (6 carbs) (20 protein) (20oz water)
1pm meal - 3 meatballs (3 carbs) (10 protein) (20oz water)
3pm meal - 3 meatballs (3 carbs) (10 protein) (20oz water)
8pm meal - 6 meatballs (6 carbs) (20 protein) (20oz water)
