Way hey and up she rises…

Pop-in project completed and ANOTHER pop-in emergency project took up a few hours of my day. My newest client had a few things to ask and discuss so I spent half an hour with that project. In the meantime my quick-turn project got no love today. I guess that's what the weekend is for.

So busy I missed a meal! Now that is busy.

Even if I do have to work part of it, I'm so happy the weekend is here!

I've been listening to this song over and over today. It's a re-do of that old Drunken Sailor song. For a video game that I haven't played called "Dishonored" (I think).

Today's meals will total 60 protein (60-90 grams per day is ideal for me) and 10 carbs

skinless white-meat chicken (20g protein)
a small bowl of Cro's veggy soup  (20 protein) (10 carbs)
bacon(20g protein)
