bye bye February

I made chili this morning. Enough to last all week for easy grab and go low-carb meals.

Today is the last day of the month so Cro will be super late tonight. I'm working on one of the Texas home builder websites.

Today's meals will total _ protein (60-90 grams per day is ideal for me) and _ carbs
