it's a new dawn, it's a new day…

…and I'm feeling good. Cro is too though he says he still has a bit of stomach upset.

Today's meals will total 56 protein (60-90 grams per day is ideal for me) and 18 carbs

Boost protein shake (16g protein, 13g carbs)
baked skinless chicken breast (20 protein)
baked skinless chicken breast (20 protein)
baked broccoli + cauliflower (5 carbs)


  1. Food poisoning is the worst! From when I worked in food service, we actually appreciated customers letting us know when something made them sick because it saved us from making other people sick also.... plus, we always gave them a free meal.
