work work work

Cro got the okay to use a few days of his vacation time! He has to be on-call (ick) but if they don't call he is allowed time off.

I'm trying not to stress due to too much work.

My Meals Today [total 23carbs]:
- Carbmaster yogurt [4carbs] with Lecithin [1carb] sprinkled on top
- maybe some chicken breast and roasted cauliflower [5carbs]
- another Carbmaster yogurt [4carbs] with Lecithin [1carb]
- 3 cinnamon flax muffins [3carbs]
- Dreamfield rotini [5carbs]
