peppers!

I've been adding peppers back with no adverse effects that I've noticed. :) Here is a photo of what I made today. Chicken breast along with hot banana pepper slices dusted in ground unsweetened coconut and fried in coconut oil. I think dusting the pepper slices in unsweetened coconut and frying made them a bit less hot than normal. Somewhat like onion rings, pepper rings are mighty good even if not quiet as hot as they are raw.
