Shame for neglecting the blog again. Maybe I should just try to commit to saying something each day and work my way back into food logging later.

I'll start with a pic of yummy chicken-lettuce-wraps I modified and made yesterday. Lots of chopping but SO worth it. I modified it by leaving out the mustard powder and adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat. Oh, and I didn't have lettuce so I ate it on spinach leaves. It was still very good.
