Happy Easter

I'm up early making diced butternut squash tossed in apple cider vinegar and thyme and then roasted, cauliflower puree, and garlic butter. We have turkey for the main entree, green bean casserole and mashed potatoes and croissants for Cro (I plan to brush them with some of the garlic butter before baking). We also have corn bread – I will have a little piece of that.

  2. It was so good! Honey, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes made the spicy glaze. :)
