Carbquik pizza

I think it turned out good though Cro can't stand the taste of Carbquik.

My pizza crust is a mixture of 2 cups Carbquik, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 3/4 cup hot water. I spread that on a pizza pan greased with olive oil and baked for 12 minutes.

The topping is a few spoons of salsa rather than pizza sauce, browned ground beef, onions and diced jalapeño peppers, and another sprinkling of cheddar cheese. Baked the topped pizza again for another 12 minutes at 450º.

This made 8 slices at about 6 carbs each.
